2019 Reunion

Dear Family,

The 2019 Cole & Raper Family Reunion Committee is pleased to announce the details of the 2019 reunion.. This event will be held the first weekend of August (8/2/19 -- 8/4/19) in High Point, NC. The venue for this year’s activities is the Greensboro-High Point Marriott Airport Hotel

• Deadline for hotel reservation for August 2 and 3 is July 1, 2019.

• The room rate until July 1 is $109.00 per night (on a first-come, first-served basis) plus applicable state and local taxes.

• After July 1, the hotel will review the reservations, release all unreserved rooms for general sale and make the determination as to whether or not reservations can still be accepted at the reunion rate. If not, the rate will increase to $129.00 per night.

• Reservations must be made directly with the Marriott by calling (336-852-6450).

• Don’t forget to mention you are with the Cole-Raper Reunion.

Hotel amenities include:

•  Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel

•  Indoor/outdoor pool

•  Volleyball sand lot / play area

•  Horseshoes area

Registration Information:

The registration cost for the reunion this year will be as follows:

Adults $100.00

Children (ages 6-12) $ 50.00

Children age 5 and under Free

You may register online using PayPal -- buttons to be added shortly to this page -- or click here for mailing the Registration Form with a cashier’s check or money order no later than July 5, 2019. After this date, the registration cost will increase to $125.00 for adults and $60.00 for children ages 6-12.

If you would like to order t-shirts and caps, all orders must be received by July 5, 2019 as well. Orders cannot be accepted after this date if we are to receive the merchandise in time. T-shirts and caps will NOT be sold at the reunion. You may order and make payment through PayPal -- buttons to be added shortly to this page -- or click here for mailing the order form no later than July 5.

We are planning a weekend full of fun and activities. We hope you encourage the children, youth and young family members to attend and get involved. Someone has volunteered to coordinate activities for the children. We are hoping for other volunteers to help as well. We plan on contracting with a game truck company to have one of their trucks on site Saturday afternoon which will provide fun for everyone, no matter what age.

If you are interested in helping or if you have suggestions for activities, please let us know. We want to hear your ideas!

One very important thing you can help with is gathering contact information for family members. Contact information may be updated or added by email (jacole001@gmail.com) or text (856-979-1085) or using the Contact Us link. Also please text, email, or use the Contact Us link to let us know about any family news you would like to share, i.e., births, marriages, graduations, transitions, etc.

We will be continuously updating the web site (www.coleraperreunion.com) as we move forward with our plans. We will also be posting family news to this site, so please check back often.

We know that everyone recognizes the importance of family and will do their best to attend the reunion. We look forward to seeing all of you in August.
